Supply of 18 aerobridge frequency converters
Since 2017, TET Estel has been participating in Iraq Civil Aviation Authority project for the supply of 18 aerobridge frequency converters for the Babylon and Samara Terminals of the Baghdad International Airport.
The first phase of the project began in 2017 with the delivery of 9 frequency converters.
At the moment, TET Estel is at the second and final stage of the project, which implies the supply of 9 aerobridge FCA.
The project will be completed according to the readiness of the units.
Baghdad International Airport is the largest airport in the country. The airport has one terminal, which is divided into three sections. These sections have the names of cities that once were or are on the territory of Iraq: Babylon, Samara, Nenawa. In the near future, the airport plans to expand and double its capacity to serve more than 15 million passengers a year.
